From the moment your kiosk is sold to the day it goes live, our team works with you and HungerRush to make sure everything is ready. Here's the full process, step by step, so you know what to expect at each stage.
Step 1: HungerRush connects your system to INFI
After your kiosk is sold, the HungerRush team connects your system to INFI. This link is what allows your menu and order data to flow from HungerRush into your INFI kiosk.
Step 2: INFI syncs your menu and configures your kiosk
Once connected, our team begins syncing your menu and configuring your kiosk before it ships. As part of this stage, we'll hold a short intro call with you to:
- Confirm your shipping address so your kiosk is sent to the right location.
- Walk through your menu preview on the kiosk so you can confirm items, categories, and pricing look correct.
- Provide your login credentials for the INFI dashboard, and introduce your Account Manager, who will be your main point of contact going forward.
If you have any difficulty finding a time to meet, we can also handle these steps over email — whatever is easiest for you.
Step 3: Your kiosk ships
Once the intro call is complete and everything is confirmed, we ship your kiosk. Delivery typically takes about one week.
Please keep the original packaging. Hold on to the box and all packing materials in case the kiosk ever needs to be returned or shipped for service.
Step 4: Installation call and live test order
After your kiosk is delivered, INFI schedules an installation call to help you get set up. During this call, we run a live test order to confirm the kiosk, menu, and payment device are all working correctly together.
Step 5: Payment batch verification
The payment from your test order is verified the next business day to make sure funds process and settle correctly.
Step 6: Your kiosk goes live
Once the payment batch is verified, your kiosk is officially live and ready to take customer orders.
