Please Note: Missing any of the following steps may cause issues with the integration. Please review each item carefully.
Toast Preparation
1.1 Add INFI as a Payment Option
Go to your Toast backend and add “INFI” under Other Payment Options.
1.2 Dining Options Setup
Make sure all relevant Dining Options (e.g., Dine In, Takeout) that should appear on the kiosk are:
Created
Active in Toast
1.3 Menu Visibility
Confirm the menu intended for kiosk use is:
Properly configured in Toast
Set to “Visible For: Online Ordering Partners” under the menu settings
1.4 Integration IDs
Retrieve and confirm your Group ID and Location ID from the Integration Management section in Toast.
(This step is currently handled by Toast support.)
1.5 (Optional) Service Charge Setup
If you wish to apply a Service Charge to kiosk orders:
Make sure the Service Charge is properly configured in Toast
Assign to: Dine In & Takeout
Under Assign to Check Owner (Gratuity)?, select:
“No, assign the fee to the restaurant.”
