Before setting up the integration, your assigned Implementation Manager will reach out to provide your INFI login credentials.
If you’ve signed up with INFI but have not yet received your credentials, please contact us at support@infi.us.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Log in to the INFI Merchant Portal
Go to: INFI Portal Login
Use the credentials provided by your Implementation Manager. -
Navigate to POS Integration
Once logged in, click on the “POS Integration” tab from the menu. -
Authorize Your Toast Account
Click the “Authorize” button next to your store location.

Instruction page will pop up.

Log in to Your Toast Console

Enter your Toast admin credentials and login your Toast Account.

Search and Add INFI Integration App
· On Toast, search and go to configure integrations:
https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/integrations/add-integrations
Search for INFI, and click “Add Now" (The image is just an example. Please make sure to select the application named 'INFI')
Please select your location on Toast and make sure it's the correct location. Click confirm at the bottom after your confirm the location.

Enter INFI Information in Toast

Go back to INFI. Copy the INFI Group ID and INFI Location ID.

On your toast, click the gear button for INFI integration
Now, paste the MID and LID on the pop-up window

Integration Verification
INFI will automatically verify the integration.
Once verified, your setup is complete and ready to use.
