Cross-selling involves suggesting related or complementary products from your menu to customers when they add items to their cart to enhance the initial purchase and increase ticket size.
Log into your INFI Merchant Portal by following this link: https://prod.orderwithinfi.com/merchant-portal/auth/sign-in
Under the Promotion tab in the left navigation panel, select the Cross Sell option and select "Create a Cross Sell Rule"
On the following page, select your Location you would like to apply the cross sell rule(s) to and select next.
On the next page: Cross-sell information, please fill out the rule name and availability. You will also need to select primary items under the Selling Items section and the items you'd like to suggest to the customers under the Cross Selling Items section. After you've selected your parameters, please proceed by selecting the Next button.
Note: You can select entire categories, multiple categories, or select items from within a category to apply cross sell rules to.
On the Advanced Settings page, please set the date and timeframe you would like the rule to run during.
INFI AI Cross Sell Feature
Your INFI Merchant Portal includes a great feature - INFI AI - that will automatically assess your sales data and implement cross sell rules based on item performance. This feature is a great option to optimize your cross-sell features to boost your ticket size and sales revenue!
Simply toggle on the feature for the location and select OK and the AI will begin assessing sales report. Please note it will take ~14 days for the AI to accurately gather and assess sales data and then implement the cross sell feature after activation.
