How do I change my Theme Color on Kiosk?
Your Theme Color sets the branding color used across your digital ordering interface — buttons, highlights, and accents on your kiosk, mobile, and online ordering screens. You can update it yourself in the Merchant Console. This guide walks you through it.
Before you start: You'll need Merchant Console access with permission to edit Appearance settings. Theme Color applies to Kiosk, Mobile, and Online ordering surfaces.
Step-by-step
- Log in to the Merchant Console.
- From the left-hand navigation menu, select Account.
- Locate the Primary Color
- Select or enter your color. Use the color picker to choose a new color, or enter your brand's hex code (for example,
#1F73B7) directly.
Applying the change to your kiosk
Changes may take a few minutes to appear on the kiosk. To apply them immediately, use the on-screen Gear button on the kiosk and select Refresh Kiosk to pull the updated settings.
Tips
- Use your brand's official hex code for the most accurate color match.
- Choose a color with enough contrast against white text so buttons and labels stay easy to read.
- The Theme Color applies across Kiosk, Mobile, and Online ordering, so the change keeps your branding consistent everywhere.
