For HungerRush locations, your menu is controlled in HungerRush and synced into the INFI Console. This guide shows you how to sync and select which menus are imported into INFI.
Important: Your menu content — items, prices, categories, and modifiers — is managed in HungerRush. In the INFI Console you can only choose which menus are imported here; you cannot edit the menu itself. To change item names, prices, or availability, make those edits in HungerRush and then sync.
How syncing works
HungerRush integrations sync automatically every day at 12:00 AM. If you've made changes in HungerRush and don't want to wait for the overnight sync, you can trigger a manual sync using Sync Now. When a menu is imported, its Items, Subitems, and Accounting Groups are brought into your Console as well.
Step-by-step
- Log in to the Merchant Console.
- Open Menu sync. From the left-hand navigation menu, go to POS Integration, then Third party → Menu sync → Import Menu.
- Run a sync (optional). Click Sync Now to pull the latest menu from HungerRush. You can confirm the last successful sync date and time next to the button.
- Open the menu selector. Click Select Menu from HungerRush.
- Choose which menus to import. Check the menus you want imported (for example, Kiosk Menu), or use Select All Menus. You can search by name if you have many menus.
- Confirm the import. Click the Import / Remove menus button to apply your selection. The Console shows how many menus will be imported or removed.
Notice: Menu synchronization takes some time. To avoid affecting the customer experience, try not to sync during business hours.
Tips
- If an item looks wrong on the kiosk, fix it in HungerRush first, then run Sync Now — changes made in HungerRush won't appear until a sync completes.
- Unchecking a menu here removes it from this location, so double-check your selection before confirming.
- The Currently Imported items count reflects what's live after your last successful import.
Still need help? If a sync fails or an expected menu doesn't appear, confirm the menu exists in HungerRush, then contact INFI Support and we'll be glad to assist.
